Gary Varty brings over 40 years of experience in construction estimating and pre-construction services, covering industrial, commercial, retail, super-prime residential, and heritage conservation projects. He is highly skilled in cost planning, bid management, and feasibility studies, using his expertise to provide clients with clear, accurate, and actionable financial guidance. Gary combines technical accuracy with practical project insight, helping teams make informed decisions from the outset.

Gary Quarmby
SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR
Gary Quarmby brings more than 25 years of construction experience, progressing from an apprenticeship as a bricklayer into senior site and project management. He has extensive experience across groundworks, light civils, and complex live environments, delivering projects including hotels, supermarkets, offices, schools, and youth facilities. Gary has managed contracts valued at more than £12 million, combining practical construction knowledge with strong leadership, organisation, and a clear understanding of site delivery. He experienced in coordinating teams, programmes, subcontractors, and demanding site requirements. His experience working alongside Chris Quinn and Alex Maud has further strengthened his collaborative approach.
