With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Gary Quarmby has built a career that spans from his early days as an apprentice bricklayer through to senior site and project management roles. His practical background has given him a strong understanding of the demands, challenges, and responsibilities involved in successful construction delivery.
Gary combines hands-on construction knowledge with strong site management skills, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. His experience across commercial construction, groundworks and light civils enables him to coordinate teams effectively and respond proactively to challenges throughout every stage of a project.

Gary’s career encompasses a diverse range of projects across commercial developments, hotels, supermarkets, offices, schools, youth facilities and live operational environments. He has managed projects ranging from smaller developments through to major contracts valued at more than £12 million, gaining extensive experience in site teams, subcontractors, programmes, health and safety, quality and project delivery.
