What did Octane do?

Octane Construction acted as Principal Contractor, managing the repair and reinstatement programme from mobilisation through to successful handover. The programme included:

Structural & Civil Works: Extensive repairs and strengthening were undertaken to the existing structure, alongside associated civil engineering works required as part of the reinstatement programme.

Building & External Works: Key areas of the facility were reinstated, including associated structural, roofing, cladding, drainage, and fire protection works to restore the site following the fire.

Project Coordination & Delivery: Octane managed specialist contractors, programme requirements, site operations, and quality control throughout the project. Careful coordination helped maintain high standards of safety and workmanship while supporting efficient delivery across the site.
